Our waterfront self-catering houses and apartments are set in the centre of Carrick on Shannon with stunning views of the river. The private grounds are the perfect place to prepare for a hen party and allow plenty of space to relax after a big night out. The accommodation has enough space to sleep 10-12 hens.
The Two and three bedroom waterfront houses consists of the following:
- Three bedrooms house sleeps up to 12 guests
- Bed 1 (sleeps 3) singles Bed 2 (sleeps 3 )bed 3 (sleeps 4)
- Car Parking directly in front of your accommodation.
- Smart tv with call channels and access to Netflix/prime /Disney with own log ins
- High speed broadband and wifi throughout whole house
- Bed linen and towels are provided with goose and down duvets and pillows
- A really spacious open plan living/dining room filled with natural light
- Large private and secure patio area with bench and picnic seating and covered with large umbrellas
- We can arrange a different set up of rooms on request. Each bedroom has lots of space to store luggage and equipment. There is also an additional downstairs guest toilet. The downstairs space is a really comfortable place to chill out, relax and prepare a snack or full meals. It’s open plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all joined so everyone in the hen party is together. The living room has a big “42” TV, comfy sofas and a cosy electric fireplace

When you arrive in Carrick-on-Shannon, the houses are located by the main bridge near the roundabout. You can drive to the houses by turning into the car-park opposite Cryan’s Hotel & The Landmark Hotel and drive under the bridge. The houses will then be on your right-hand side.
- Low Season: Jan – April & Oct – Dec
- High Season: May – Oct
- Midweek rates based on three adults staying with extra charge of €45pp per night after three guests
- Rates at weekends are for Fri & Sat night based on full house
